Get a Google Ads Refund

Use the data Advernix collected to support your invalid clicks claim with Google.

Step 1: Export your invalid clicks

Download a CSV report of clicks flagged as bots or suspicious. This data can be attached to your Google Ads invalid clicks form.

Step 2: Submit to Google

  1. Go to your Google Ads account → Help → Contact us
  2. Select "Billing" or "Invalid clicks"
  3. Describe the issue and attach your exported CSV as supporting evidence
  4. Include: date range, campaign IDs, and approximate amount you believe was invalid
